Ethan is the founder of Aspen Resource Group and is the leader of the National Property Group. He is based in the company's Philadelphia area office.

 

A noted commercial property expert, Ethan has significant experience in local, state and national commercial property assessment, appeal and tax issues.  Ethan is a former Senior Manager at KPMG, a professional firm providing audit, tax and advisory services.

 

A graduate of Penn State University undergraduate school and business school, Ethan lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in his community and with many philanthropic organizations. Ethan enjoys the outdoors, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing and is a licensed pilot.
